Misery due to missed injuries

چکیده
Missed injuries and delayed diagnosis are still common problems in the treatment of trauma patients especially, polytrauma. Diaphragmatic quite one most important missed injuries. It can result from either blunt or penetrating trauma. Traumatic diaphragmatic (TDI) may go unnoticed initially later present as life-threatening conditions. Here we such a case fatal injury, which was diagnosed during autopsy.
